The CNC launches an investigation in the manufacture and sale of plastic containers for fruit and vegetable packaging, in collaboration with the Italian antitrust authority
As part of the probe, simultaneous inspections have been carried out in sector companies in both Spain and Italy
Inspectors from the competent regional competition authorities where the inspected companies are located have collaborated in carrying out the inspections at the request of the CNC Investigations Division.
