The CNC opens formal proceedings against Ilustre Colegio Notarial de Asturias
In relation to the drafting and approval of a resolution adopted by its Executive Board on 17 December 2003 regarding a system for compensation of fees between the notaries who are members of the association that is the subject of the complaint

The opening of the proceedings does not prejudge the final outcome of the investigation. There is now a maximum period of 18 months for the investigation of the case and its resolution by the CNC.
