CNC opens formal proceedings against grape and must producer associations FEDEJEREZ, UAGA-COAG, ASAJA, AECOVI, ARJEMAN and the Regulatory Council for the Denominations of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Vinagre de Jerez
The decision to bring the proceedings opens a maximum term of 18 months for the case to be investigated and resolved by the CNC Council, but does not prejudge the final resolution.
