On 5 and 6 November 2009 an inspection took place at the headquarters of the Spanish Electricity Industry Association (UNESA). In light of the evidence obtained during that inspection, the Investigations Division decided on 4 February 2010 to extend the investigation currently being undertaken as part of case S/0159/09 to include UNESA.
