The CNC opens formal proceedings against the Official College of Industrial Property Agents (Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial) for restrictions on competition between agents

The opening of proceedings does not prejudge the final outcome of the investigation. The decision opens a maximum period of 18 months for the case to be investigated and resolved by the CNC
